Worst investment ever, we have had nothing but issues ever since the gate has been installed and no one is willing to help. Been charged $500 for a service call and the issue the tech found was a loose wire and still the gate issue remains to date (Sept 2025) . Ron charged us $500 for a service call, even though the issue was with the installation they did. Great way to make money. Don't buy from this company

Amanda was always great to us. Quick to respond too! The young installer wasn't as good. The door was shaking so much the sensors kept getting misaligned. Had someone come fix it and he did it… Read more Amanda was always great to us. Quick to respond too! The young installer wasn't as good. The door was shaking so much the sensors kept getting misaligned. Had someone come fix it and he did it very quickly. Not sure why but it took months for them to process the credit card payments even though it was supplied at time of order.
